Release burndown chart includes issues which were once included in a version but never estimated, in the unestimated issues statistic

    Description

      If you include an issue in a version, but never estimate it, then it never contributes towards any original estimates on the chart. Removing the issue from the version does not remove it from the unestimated issue statistic, but it probably should be removed in this case, given it has no scope on that version.
