Newly-created issues created with the inline create on the Planning board show with a strikethrough on the issue key

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a scrum board.
2. On the Planning board, use the inline create field at the bottom of the backlog to create an issue.

The newly-created issue has a strike-through as if it's resolved, even though the Resolution is set to unresolved. If you add the issue to a sprint and start that sprint, the strikethrough disappears.
