We have developed a fix for this bug and it is awaiting deployment. The fix will be made available in the next 6.6.x release. We expect this to be in the next couple of weeks.

Currently when completing sprint all issues that return to backlog are reindexed two times.

LexoRankService should become a low level API (LexoRankManager).

Then RankService is high level API - it calls LexoRankManager.rankXxx() followed by re-index.

That way when completing sprint LexoRankManager could be called without reindexing.
