As of Monday when trying to reorder tickets in Jira, it asks me to reindex. After performing reindex, I still can't reorder tickets in Jira. This is a huge issue as it makes Jira unusable for our development team.

This is the error I receive:
"JIRA Agile cannot execute the rank operation. This board has recently been configured to use the Rank field. The system must be re-indexed before you can rank issues. Ask your administrator to perform a manual re-index."
