We use Jira Agile and I created a SCRUM board using the Agile Simplified workflow.

I ran into a navigational problem when using the "Work" mode of the board.
For some of the columns I created multiple states (Example: In Progress contains the status "In Progress" & "On Hold"). This works very well if the swim lane holds more tickets. But if the lane only has 1 ticket for example, the height of the lane becomes too small and its basically impossible to move the item into a specific state. Adding more states to a column makes this even more clear.
