Story point miscalculation

      Hello,

      There is a bug in JIRA. Steps to reproduce:
      1) Create issue, assign 20 story points
      2) Add issue to sprint
      3) Change number of story points to 10
      4) Write code, resolve issue
      5) Finish Sprint
      6) Go to sprint reporting. The number of storypoints counted is 20, rather then 10. The update wasn't propogated everywhere through the system
