Create Issue in Epic should default to the same project as the epic

Steps to Replicate:

• Create a Board
• When you click the Create Issue in Epic from project RC, the Project field will be automatically filled in with name of the project where you last created an issue.
  

Expected Behaviour:

• Since you clicked the Create Issue in Epic from project RC, the project name field should show the RC project be default and not the name of the project where you last created an issue.
