Overview

By default, the Apply button for the Refine Report feature is displayed properly as per the following screen shot:

However, once you zoom the page in, the Apply button will disappear from the page with reference to the screen shot below:

With a screen resolution of 1366x768, this is reproducable without zooming. Having lots of quick filters, this happens more often since they take up space in the dialog.
