Doesn't appear dropdown menu of horizontall menu

      When we choose option Classic, doesn't appears dropdown menu of horizontall menu.

      Steps:
      1) Click on "Agile" in horizontall menu (appears dropdown menu)
      2) Choose option Classic
      3) Click on any item of horizontal menu ( for ex. "Issues")
      Expected result: Appear dropdown menu of this item
      Actual result: Doesn't appear dropdown menu of this item. Appears only a small shadow under item.
