Do not show Move to Done Button for users without Permission to Move to Done Column

    Description

      Swimlanes are by Story

      The "Done" Column corresponds to the "Closed" Status.

      User doesn't have Permission to Close the Story Issue Type.

      When all the sub-issues are in Closed, the User sees the "Move to Done" button for the Story. When the user clicks on it - see the same error as described here: GHS-6499

      "All sub-tasks for parent issue ISSUEKEY-1 are now Done. However, the parent issue cannot be moved into the Done column as there are no matching transitions."

      It would be nice if the button didn't show up to begin with.
