Agile 'Control Chart' breaks drop-down fields and other buttons in Report Board

      Steps to reproduce:
      Open Agile Board for a team
      Select 'Report - Control Chart'
      Select 'Report - Cumulative Flow Diagram'
      Click on 'Refine report' dropdown
      Popup opens (sometimes, seems to depend on exact mouse pointer location)
      Click 'Cancel' button - see attached PNG

      Expected - Popup closes
      Actual - Exception is thrown - see attached PNG
