Sprint field displays 'None' on view issue and issue navigator when an issue is only in completed sprints

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create a sprint, with issues from the board backlog
      • Complete the sprint

      Results

      • The sprint field value is displayed as 'none' for all the issues in the completed sprint, as long as the issue belongs to no other active sprint.

      Symptoms
If you search for issues using the JQL below:

      Sprint is not empty

There are results displayed with Sprint = None:

If we open one of such issues, we can see that although the field Sprint is None, the Agile section displays that the issue belonged to a sprint which was completed:

      Expected result:
The sprint field should display the sprint in which the issue was included.

          Form Name

[JSWSERVER-10460] The Sprint field is none even though it is not empty

Atlassian, can we get a status update on this now that you've triaged and estimated it? Is a fix imminent? Wondering if I need to start manually working around, or if I can hold off another week or so. Do you have a timeframe for an anticipated fix? Thank you!

Ditto the comment about creating an executive report. Need the the Sprint field to display the closed sprint name instead of the word 'None' in the Issue Navigator. We have a weekly export that has been adversely affected. Must now query separately for each sprint and combine results to keep trend analysis going. Previously, one simple export did the job.

Problem is not only limited to JIRA Agile. Other plugins as e.g. 'Structure' don't have the sprint name in their views anymore. So I would appreciate a fix for this problem in near future.

Status please on this bug? It's negatively impacting my ability to produce a regular executive report showing progress against all active Epics, across multiple sprints, which I pull from Issue Navigator.
