Has there been any consideration with have the Issues without epics/versions listed at the top along with All Issues?

In larger versions/epics lists, trying to check for the items without those defined would need you to scroll to the very bottom of the list.

A workaround is to create a quick filter, but it seems redundant.

Workaround: Create quick filters to sort the lists when you're viewing All issues
