Installing JIRA Agile while JIRA Default Language is on Spanish will creates the JIRA Agile custom fields on Spanish. Changing the default language back to English will have the Agile custom fields to remain in Spanish.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install new JIRA 6.1.6
2. Edit the Default language to Spanish (espanol)
3. Install JIRA Agile 6.3.7
4. Agile custom fields will be in Spanish (and Issue types)
5. Edit the Default language to English (US) Default

Expected Results

The Agile custom fields language to automatically change to English or according to Default language configured.

Affecting

This will affect the usage of JIRA for example, user could not find the correct name for "Story Points" as it is in spanish of "Puntos de Historia".
