      We would like to create a report with the following information:

      Data:

      1. The sum of the estimated task hours for issues (stories) assigned to the users in the sprint;
      2. In the spring planning meeting a single figure for each team member, they provided, which is their estimate about the amount of time they plan to spend in the sprint.

      User case:

      Sally might tell us she has 21 hours of time to devote to the sprint, but after totaling her tasks, that might come to say 25 hours in which case we have a problem to talk through with her, or say, 10 hours in which case we can distribute other work her way.

            Also, we're pleased to announce a new product in the JIRA Family – JIRA Portfolio. This may help users who rely on timetracking and team resource allocation more critically. See our website for more information.

            JIRA Agile Team

            The linked issue will satisfy some of your needs - the ability to see assigned work in a sprint as a sum.

            Please watch that issue for updates.

            I would like to add that it would be helpful if we could assign more than one resource to a story or task, with different hours for each. In out workflow, every task goes though several states (Development, QA, Review) and each state is performed by a different person. If we assign 10 hours to a task, all of those hours are assigned to developer in capacity planning, and we have no way to see if we are over-allocating our QA personnel.
