It should be possible to order backlogs by other values than the rank, such as a field, what is important for the management-level: the "business value" which specified how important a story is for the company. In my company for example, we need to create sprints ordered by the business-value as we firstly need to realize these stories before any others.
The current JIRA Agile does not offer this opportunity as it only allows the create a new sprint which is ordered by "rank". This is quite static way to create a new sprint, therefor it would be create to be able to create new sprints with other arrangements, such as ordered by the field "business value" or any other custom-field which a user has created for his stories.

I read in forum, that more people are wishing to have this kind of function.
