[JSWSERVER-10129] Kanban "days in column" not working in German version

Hey,
looking at a Kanban board I can see the "dots" that indicate the days that an issue has been in a specific column but hovering over the dotted line the following is show:

"in dieser Spalte"

which translated means "in this column".

Thats all, so it seems like the first part (the calculated number of days) is completely missing.

Please have a look at this.

The behaviour in the Description can be observed in a local V6.4.11. Shouldn't it been fixed in that version or are there other depencendies?
