Updating from GreenHopper to JIRA Agile still leaves 'GreenHopper' in the custom fields' descriptions. As custom fields in JIRA Agile are 'Locked', it is impossible to change the Description without manually manipulating the database.

1. Install any version where JIRA Agile was still called GreenHopper;
2. Update to the latest version of JIRA Agile;
3. See the description of the custom fields

Desired Behavior:
The description of the custom fields would be updated to reflect the name changes to the product.

Actual Behavior:
The description still says 'GreenHopper', which will likely confuse new users who are not used to the old naming.
