Am I missing part of the Jira Agile install.

            [JSWSERVER-10039] Exception while ordering backlog

I'm thinking this might be a duplicate of two other issues that I have been noticing and are already tracked:

            1. GHS-10021: This has the same error message you are seeing in the popup error dialog. I've seen this since our upgrade to JIRA Agile 6.3.4 on our JIRA 5.2.8 install. As noted in that issue, it is supposedly an incompatibility with JIRA 5.2.x that they have fixed, but haven't fully tested and rolled out yet. It triggers on issues that have linked issues, and there is a temporary workaround stated in that issue which I have put in place in the mean time.
            2. GHS-9924: Several people are experiencing this one, and it doesn't look like it has traction within Atlassian yet. My log files are quite full of this one, but I haven't seen any actual impact on the user experience at least.

So, I imagine you could mark this resolved as a Duplicate of those two other issues, once you maybe confirm that you truly are seeing GHS-10021, and not some other issue with a similar error message.
