Exception: Uncaught TypeError: Cannoth read property 'statusCategory' of undefine

While using the "Planning" board under Agile, certain tickets throw an error code, causing the ticket results to improperly display on the side bar. The error also does not allow you to open the ticket from the link.

This error is making it difficult for teams to update sprint plans. Currently the only work around is to directly edit the ticket within the ticket itself

We are getting this error in plan as well as work mode, if that issue linked with other JIRA issues. It is really an issue to whole development team around the region. Please give a fix.

            Cheers

The issues with this error had links to other JIRA issues, adding a link to an issue that did not display the error would cause the issue to display the error.

We had a similar issue. Rolling back to Agile 6.3.3 fixed it.

though Atlassian insist my error is not linked to any of the above as it is 'different look at the detail'

i am pretty convinced it is the same error, the only difference is region (en_UK or en_US) and the number sequence which might correspond to license details. seeing we all have errors in download/contextbatch/js/gh-rapid/batch.js on the same line number to me sounds quite telling

hum, not sure why i have an issue number with exactly the same name/code yet it's different, anyhow,
issue is really disruptive both on the board and in planning view, i am glad it is marked as critical!

exactly the same issue i am having, Atlassian may want to merge tickets, GHS-9873

This doesn't seem to affect a particular issue type. I can't find the commonality between the issues that are experiencing the error.

A very similar problem also affects our team. Since updating JIRA Agile to version 6.3.4, we have not been able to open the detailed view for "story" type issues in work mode (it works for "bug" type issues though).

The error we get is the following:
