The project owner would be able to configure the Story Points field such that a specified list of numbers, and only those numbers would be available when selecting Story Points. As an example of how this might be used, as project owner, I would configure the Story Points field such that only the following numbers 1,2,3,5,8,13,21,36 (the Fibonacci numbers) are selectable options for Story Points. Each Agile project could configure their own set of available Story Point values. By default, all numbers would be accepted.
