Clicking on 'View on Board' link with command key pressed opens a broken dialog

      I was not sure of where the action will take me - so I pressed the command key so a new browser tab is open. A dialog which layout is broken appeared.

      • Steps:
      • Go to the View Issue Page.
      • Click on the View on Board Link on the Agile Panel whilst pressing down the CMD key.
      • Bug, a broken view issue page will be displayed in a dialog. See screenshot.
