As a scrum master I want to be able to have full control over the order in which fields are displayed in the RapidBoards "Issue Detail View" so that we can surface information on an order that is more relevant to our team, not the way determined by Atlassian.

In this context, we have a custom field called BDD scenarios and we'd like to display this BENEATH the description field, but there is no way of moving these around. This is one example obviously. Ideally we'd actually want all of this information to be displayed in the order we want and way above the General Fields information, for us that isn't as relevant as the Description and BDD scenarios but we they are useful enough to have them available in this view.
