Steps to reproduce

1. Create sprints with titles of up to 30 Characters
2. When you try to select a sprint from the Sprint Report page in Report mode, you would observe that sprint titles are truncated, usually from the 25th to 29th character in the dropdown list.

The problem with this behaviour is that, users having identical sprint names of up to 30 characters for instance, which is only differentiated by some digit as the last or last two characters, cannot differentiate the sprints from the dropdown list. Because, this last digits or characters have been truncated in the view. Please see attachment for details.

If this must be truncated, then a hover hint should be provided to show the sprint title in full.
