Fix button and dropdown on reports so it doesn't jump

      When you click the new dropdown to choose a sprint, epic or version, it replaces the button with a single select frother thingy, but it moves slightly.

      I've tried a few different things but it looks slightly different in JIRA 5 vs 6, and what fixes one breaks the other.
