When I activate or deactivate a quick filter, swimlanes will expand or collapse on their own

      Prior to using the Quick Filter, the 2nd swimlane in the board is collapsed. After engaging the filter, a different issue (which is now in the #2 position) is now collapsed. The lanes should stay expanded or collapsed based on identity, not location to follow the principle of least surprise.
