Epic name character limit exists in GH but not JIRA

      Original Description

      When editing an epic name within GH I am limited to the number of characters I can enter. However, when I edit an epic name within JIRA I do not have a limitation. At a minimum I would expect the behavior to be the same in either place. I would prefer to not be character limited.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an agile board for Scrum and go to the backlog section
      2. Create an "Epic" and give it a good long name (more than 30 chars)
      3. Click the menu on the Epic in the Backlog view of the board, and choose "edit name"
      4. Change the "Epic name" so it has less than 30 characters
      5. Try to change the name again, attempting to make it more than 30 characters

      Expected Results

      Able to change the Epic Name to more than 30 characters in both, Epic Panel and Issue View screen

      Actual Results

      Editing through the Epic Panel limits the Epic Name to 30 characters.
