Add "assign to me" issues and cards on all boards and backlogs

      On backlog, board and active sprint.

      We are currently using the 'i' button for quick assignment, but it should not be necessary to switch to keyboard when using the mouse for quick access.

      Original Description

      As Diana I want to easily assign a card to myself when I'm in work mode so I don't waste time doing this common task.

      CoS:

      • "assign to me" is available in context menu in work mode
