Rapid board goes above columns headers in chrome when zoom-in is set to 125%

      To reproduce:
      0. Use chrome
      1. Open rapid board (which have enough height to not fit to the window)
      2. Zoom-in to 125% (ctrl+mouse scroll)
      3. Refresh page (it happens only when page is loaded while the zoom-in is already set to 125%)
      4. scroll the board

Now you should be able to see something similar to attached image - the part of board is above the column headers.

      This was spotted on JDOG.

How to reproduce. Select the last issue on the board, then reload. The whole page (body) element moves by at least 1px, as seen on AJS.$('body').scrollTop().

            Happens on all JIRA versions

Cannot reproduce, may have been fixed with the other work related to resizing/height calculations

I can reproduce this on jdog. This time I can do it even without zoom. Now there are 1-3px only - it's better but still broken.

I'm using Linux (debian) - maybe this doesn't happen on MacOs? I can't verify it, as I don't have one in home (and I'm on leave until 6th of may).

I can't reproduce this on jdog or latest from default

This issue was most likely caused by the exclusion of the JIRA header from our calculation (see GHS-8276).

Can somebody please retest/try to reproduce this (I tested with Chrome on MacOS using zoom)?
