Custom field contexts are listed incorrectly after upgrade

      See screenshot. The Sprint field should now only have one context - the Global context - after upgrade. On the View Custom Fields page it shows up as having more than one (how it was in the data set that was imported). However when you View the custom field contexts, only one is listed.

      This is probably just a matter of clearing some caches after the upgrade task is completed.

      Seen on JIRA 5.1, JIRA 5.2. Does not happen on JIRA 5.0.
