As a user, I'd like to have inline editing on the Issue Detailed View

      As a user, I'd like to have inline editing on the Issue Detailed View. For now, to edit an issue in JIRA Agile we need to open it on issue detailed view, click on the Cog Icon and then select "Edit" and the JIRA Edit Screen will be displayed.
