Capacity line in burndown

    Description

      As a team lead, I would like to enter the total team capacity for a sprint (the number of hours they have in total to work during the course of the sprint) and then see a line on the burndown that shows REMAINING TEAM CAPACITY based on total original time minus time logged on issues.

      It's great that I can see the how much WORK is left, but I need to be able to compare it to how much TIME the team still has available to them.
