As an Agile Board user I would like my quick filters to filter epics in the Epic pane as well

      We tag our issues using labels. Some times these labels are used in quick filter logic. Currently those quick filters only filter the backlog. I'd like for these quick filters to also filter the Epic pane as well. That way I could filter by say, component and see only backlog issues and epics that have been tagged by that particular component.
