- If I'm an existing user I didn't explicitly set my non working days so they could be wrong and in any case I'll initially be confused by the missing periods
- The shaded version is very powerful and no other product that I'm aware of has an approach like this that doesn't completely obscure the missing period (i.e it's a competitive differentiator we should show off)
- Work performed during the weekend period is 'lost' if I generate the report during that period, the shaded version does not lose this information
