As a user, I would like to be able to find out more information about an issue's epic when the epic is "Done"

      With the ability to mark epics as Done, it is now possible that users will see an Epic Name lozenge in the Backlog and not be able to see the epic in the panel that this name refers to.

      The lozenge on the Issue Detail View should contain a link to the epic's Epic Report.
