As a planner, I would like stories dragged onto an Epic in the scrum board to be linked together so that I can go to and epic and see all related stories

    Description

      Dragging a story onto an epic in the scrum board applies an epic label but not a formal link. If I open an epic, I cannot view all the stories that have that label applied. Dragging a story onto an epic should create an "is part of" link.
