As a scrum board user, I would like to be able to edit the comments inline in the detailed view of Plan mode

      With the introduction of inline editing of many text fields for JIRA 5.1,
      I would like to see this in more places.

      E.g. in the Plan mode of a Scrum board, I can enter comments by pressing the Comment button. But this results in a modal popup. I would prefer to use inline editing here.
