This creates a pretty significant performance regression for instances with large backlogs.

It does not only affect issues assigned to an epic - it affects all issues with estimates when Epics Support is enabled.

A quick workaround could be to only reload all data if the Epic Panel is open. We will have to fix the problem properly later.
