Steps to Reproduce:
As a user, currently if you have the 'edit issues' permission, you can 'remove an issue from sprint' from a GreenHopper board (work mode) and JIRA admins are concerned about this feature, they want to restrict this to few users. Users with 'schedule permission' and 'Administer Projects' permission would be valuable to restrict this operation, as this is currently spread to all users with 'Edit issues' permissions.
Expected Results:
Admins to have restrictions options to perform this operation, such as it can change the way sprints are worked.
Actual Results:
All users with 'edit issues' permissions can change it now, and if you take it off from them, then they will have too much restrictions to work.
