Greenhopper Simplified Workflow transition conditions

      The Greenhopper Simplified Workflow does not contain any Conditions for workflow transitions. With that, if you have the Browse Issues permission set to Group(Anyone) it means that anonymous users are able to transition issues.

      Reproduce:

      1. Setup new Project with Greenhopper Simplified Workflow
      2. Configure Project Permissions to allow Group(Anyone) the Browse Issues permission
      3. Log out of JIRA and you are able to transition issues

      It seems like there should be some conditions to the workflow transitions as in the default jira workflow where 'Only the assignee of the issue can execute this transition.'
