      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Software Cloud. Using JIRA Software Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Once JRA-30144 is completed, code changes are required in order to opt-out if indexing on createIssueLink and removeIssueLink, collect the issues that require re-indexing and perform a bulk re-index on all those issues at the end of the operation.
