Prevent deleting a scrum board when there is an active sprint

    Description

      At the moment, when a user started a sprint, that user can delete the Rapid board (associated to the current sprint) via Agile > Manage Rapid Boards, and click on the delete link.

      It would be convenience for the users to be reminded (or preventing) users that a deleting the Rapid Board does not necessarily complete/abort the sprint.
