IE8 - Clicking calendar icon on Edit Sprint dialog causes exception to be thrown

Steps to repro:

1. Open Plan mode with an active sprint
2. Either click the name of the sprint or the dates to initiate the Edit Sprint dialog
3. Click the calendar icon on one of the date fields

An exception occurs. See screenshot.

Note that the dates are still editable. But the presence of the exception is not great.
