As a ScrumMaster I would like the project progress gadget to support the Rapid Board

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

Raised on behalf of a customer.

To Do: It is showing all the ‘Open’ status issues
Done: It is showing all the ‘Closed’ issues
In Progress: Between Open and Closed issues.

In reality, this is not a case. We could have Rapid Board columns mapped with different status, such as Open, Analysis, Development To Do, Development, Test Queue, Testing, Deploy, Done.

      1) We must need GreenHopper Project Progress bar gadget to show the progress based on Rapid Board mapping

      • Display by Swimlane order (this is ideal)
      • or by Quick filter

      2) As today, the project progress bar configured with context filter. Is it possible to change the order? For above example, I wanted to show the order;

      • 01-Risk-SSS
      • 02-Risk-Test
      • 03-Risk-WWW

Is it possible to change this order?

The Sprint Health gadget covers the progress of a sprint on the rapid agile board so we are closing this issue as fixed.
Please comment if there is outstanding functionality required or raise a separate issue if one does not currently exist.

            Regards

            Hi Everyone,

Thanks so much for your votes and comments on this feature request, we wanted to provide an update on the status.

We know there are features missing from the new Scrum and Kanban boards. We plan to deliver a gadget for the project progress within the next 12 months.

Just like any Agile team we have ordered the backlog based upon what we believe provides the greatest value to our customers. There are now over 10,000 customers worldwide so we try to find the right balance between the varied needs of this large, and growing, group. It is not an easy task. Thankfully we have many passionate customers that are able to provide feedback to help drive our vision and order the backlog - thank you!

Thanks for your patience, we hope that our open approach to feature requests and backlog ordering allows you to see where we are headed.

            Cheers,
            Shaun Clowes
