Misleading strikethrough in RapidBoard

      On Rapid Board it seems that issue key gets a strikethrough if there is a resolution on the issue,at least if it is "fixed". However that may be misleading when the issue isn't resolved/closed. There are many reasons why there may be a resolution on cases that has not ended, so there should at least be a possibility to remove this feature on request.
