As a RB user/PM I want to be able to flag cards on the board

      We have a need to visually mark cards on our board. For us we don't move anything from QA until all the bugs associated with that issue are fixed. So, when an item goes into QA we'd like to be able to flag it when bugs are found for it so that the team knows the status quickly.
