Issue Summary

Currently, there is no audit information about Atlassian Teams in Jira Cloud. As an admin, there is no way to see activity about the Team i.e. Team is created, deleted, or modified. 

Workaround

There is currently no workaround. However, when an Atlassian Team is deleted, team members and org admins are notified via email notifications and they have the ability to reactivate the Team. More here.
