Issue Summary

When you add a number to a field, it shows the decimal separators:

But they don't show on the list view:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a number field in an issue.
2. Add a value to it that would show decimal separators (>1000)
3. Notice it shows the decimal separators
4. Go to the project's list view, and make sure to show the number field.
5. Notice how for the same issue it won't show the decimal separators

Expected Results

To show the decimal separators in the list view

Actual Results

It doesn't show them

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
