Issue Summary

When transitioning the issue to another status (with validation) and committing the changes in AR, results in a success message instead of the error message from the validator 

Steps to Reproduce

• Set up validation when transitioning to Blocked status. The field custom_select_list is required.
  

• When you transition the issue from Jira issue view (not AR) to Blocked status without filling a required field you see the following message:
  

• Doing the same transition from AR plan:
  

• Committing the changes
  

Expected Results

The message set in the validator should be displayed explaining why the transition is not possible, just like you see in when you transition the issue from the issue view.

Actual Results

• The following message is displayed on the left bottom corner of the screen in AR:
  

• Checking back the status of the issue is not changed
  

Workaround

If the transition has Screen assigned, the review changes dialog should be able to display the issue transition screen with the validation error message on submit. The transition screen can be set under: * Project Settings -> Workflows -> click the edit (pencil icon)

• Click on the transition line then edit
• Enter Screen field
