Epic Label is not reflected in the backlog board

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the company-managed project, navigate to the backlog and you will find the list of child issues.
2. Make sure the child issue has a parent epic
3. The Epic label is not reflected on the board unless you view/click on the child issue.
4. After a refresh the epic label is not seen on the board.

Expected Results

• Most of the epic labels are not seen in the backlog board despite having the parent epic.

Actual Results

• The Epic label is not reflected on the board unless you view/click on the child issue.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
